There are two major insights to every business: 1.The consumer is always right. 2. market survey findings must not be ignored. In a digital age with all its surplus and it´s ever changing consumer habits we need to keep track with what´s going in music consumption to be able to answer some serious questions like: Is streaming detrimental to download sales ? In how far are physical formats concerned ? Is there one typical consumer for every format ? In this session we will take a deeper look into the international developments at consumer- and format level.
