She grew up playing air piano on school desks and improvising Chopin's Nocturnes - which made her piano teacher very angry. As she became older, she moved to Montreal where she began to play in quiet cafés for people with kind ears.Caroline Keating carves songs out of stories ranging from frogs and birds agreeing over tea to the beauty of people and the things they do. Because her voice sounds so familiar and the way she plays the piano is so moving, her debut album will be released by Glitterhouse. Now her piano teacher should feel reassured.
