Wooden Hymns In The Evening Sky
The Wooden Hymns, and also Evening Sky, are first and foremost a musical union of Canadian bands The Wooden Sky and Evening Hymns. Being friends and helping each other out in the studio and on stage, they decided to form a collective and play at the Reeperbahn Festival. But there’s a lot more to it than just two bands playing together. It is always magical when musicians become one with their songs at live performances. Wooden Hymns in the Evening Sky fuse the wonderful Indie Folk of the first mentioned with the lyrical finesse of the latter. On their latest albums each band “Every Child A Daughter, Every Moon A Sun” and “Spectral Dust” follows their own beautiful style but together they create something special: a perfectly harmonious Canadian Indie supergroup!
