MONSTER CAT are inspired by the supernatural: the Singaporean quintet named themselves after the "bakeneko" - a giant cat with mysterious superpowers: it can be amazingly loyal sacrificing itself for its owner, but sometimes it also sacrifices its owner to take his place as a shapeshifter. So much about the metaphysical. Their very own Indie-Folk is highly emotional, intimate even. Especially the dreamy brass sections are incredibly intense adding even more drama to these unique songs!
