Okta Logue from Frankfurt/Darmstadt are a foursome with a very experimental and progressive sound. They definitely have their roots in the early 70’s. Whoever thinks of the Doors, Hendrix and Led Zeppelin right now – damn right! Tooters, Hammond organs, Wah-Wah and acoustic guitars as well as synthie sounds turn this band into an experience that is not to be missed – even though these guys are in their early 20’s! So which stamp are we gonna put on them? Think Psychedelic-Indie-Rock. Think Woodstock 2012. Their last album „Ballads of Burden“ is from 2010. All the more we are mega chuffed about their tour and new album! If you’re a conoisseur you will instantly know: this band is all about clever song writing and getting inspired by the original, rather than a copy of a copy of a copy. You might have noticed by now: we believe in these guys!
