Husky’s hometown Melbourne is, like every big city, a hectic melting pot. But, similar to the USA, Australia has a lot of untouched, inspiring landscape, that offers much needed escapism and a quiet place for thoughts. Husky’s music catches that exact moment of escaping and diving into harmony. There is a recognisably close connection to the tradition of Folk, mixed with countless dreamy and tender melodies. The lyrics are riddled with references to nature. Their debut was released in May. Entitled “Forever So” it sounds like a meditational walk through the most beautiful landscape during a sunset.
