Beat, happiness, virtuosity - British band Vinyl Jacket are the high priests of this divine musical trinity. Their arrangements are reminiscent of Math Rock combined with dance infused Synthie-Pop and Afro-Beat influences. Add harmonious vocals inspired by XTC or the first Futureheads album and you've got it! Perfect Pop meets amazing talent. It's immensely fascinating. Vinyl Jacket has released three fantastic singles within the last 16 months, it's time for their debut album "Moment". A brilliant album. Still you won't need to bring a Vinyl Jacket to their gigs: a) it never rains in German clubs and b) it is highly unlikely you'll want to wrap yourself in a plastic jacket during their gigs: it's usually hot and sweaty, you'll be glad for every piece of clothing you left at home!
