Have you ever heard of Whisper Rock? No? Well, it's about time you listened to Joshua Radin, then. The American invented this peculiar genre as it fits his music perfectly! The 38-year-old's soft voice is always on the edge of breaking or being drowned in the sound. That doesn't mean, however, Radin hasn't got a strong voice - he just enjoys playing with silence. Less sounds warm and is definitely more. You can hear the fine arrangements featuring finger picking, piano melodies and a lovely rhythm section. "Underwater", Radin's fourth album has just been released. And if you want to applaud or shout "bravo" and "yeah" you're allowed to be as loud s you want!
